What do you like best about Heatmap?

I genuinely appreciate how straightforward the platform is to use. The visual data is incredibly intuitive; you don't need to be a data scientist to understand what it's telling you. The session recordings have been a goldmine for spotting UX issues we never knew existed, like a form field that was confusing mobile users. It feels like having a silent observer on your site, giving you the honest feedback customers often won't take the time to write in an email. What do you dislike about Heatmap?

While the core features are powerful, I sometimes wish there were more advanced segmentation options readily available. For instance, filtering session recordings by specific traffic sources or customer value would save a lot of manual sifting. Additionally, while the customer support team is helpful, response times can vary during their peak seasons. I'd love to see a more robust knowledge base or faster tier of support for urgent issues.
